This was my first Thanksgiving Plant Based – and I think I went a little overboard cooking! I wanted to make sure we had a special meal to bring to our family’s house so I made:
- Thanksgiving Loaf
- Thanksgiving Gravy
- Stuffing (home-made bread from She Wolf Bakery)
- Sweet Potato Casserole
- Mashed Potatoes
- Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Cream
- Sweet Potato Dip
All the recipes are from the Happy Herbivore Holidays & Gatherings, with the Coconut Cream being my accident recipe. I used cans of Coconut Milk for a curry recipe this week, put aside the cream on the top. I added some agave and vanilla extract and whipped it.
